1. recruiter screen
2. hiring manager call
3. technical phone screen
4. 4-hour onsite (system design + 2 coding + behavioral)
5. team fit chat with the CEO
that was 3 weeks ago. recruiter stopped responding to my emails. checked linkedin - they already hired someone else.
5 rounds. 12+ hours of my time. and they couldnt send a fucking rejection email.

always always always have competing offers or at least other active processes. never put all your eggs in one basket. companies will waste your time without a second thought
