the architecture review is where most people fail. you need to have a system you built that you can defend deeply. not just "i built X" but "heres why i chose Y over Z, heres the tradeoff, heres what i would do differently"

be careful with the culture round. "freedom and responsibility" at netflix means you can be fired at any time for not performing. its not the utopia people think it is
