the 4-year total thing is such a scam. amazon does this too. "1.2M total compensation!" yeah over 4 years with a 5/15/40/40 vesting schedule so year 1 is actually 170k

always ask "what is the ANNUALIZED total compensation" not "what is the total compensation." forces them to give you the yearly number
