"quiet quitting" = working the hours youre paid for and not doing extra unpaid labor.
thats not quitting. thats called HAVING BOUNDARIES.
your employment contract says 40 hours. doing 40 hours is fulfilling the contract. doing 60 hours for free is subsidizing your employer's understaffing.
