Offer A: Stripe, L3, 240k TC, SF
Offer B: Databricks, mid-level, 265k TC, remote
Stripe brand is stronger imo but Databricks TC is higher and remote is huge. also stripe has been doing layoffs recently which scares me.

Databricks. 25k more AND remote? thats not even close. stripe brand is nice but it doesnt pay your rent

have you tried negotiating? use each offer against the other. tell stripe you have 265 from databricks and see if they match. tell databricks you're leaning stripe for brand and see if they bump. you have nothing to lose
