i have 4 yoe at a decent company (not FAANG but series C startup, real scale). my resume has been reviewed by 3 different people. leetcode premium, mock interviews, the whole thing.
at what point do you just accept the market is cooked and stop trying

the market isnt cooked, the HIRING PROCESS is cooked. companies post roles they have no intention of filling.

thats your problem then. i went from 2% callback rate to 15% by writing 3 resume variants (backend, fullstack, infra) and picking the right one per posting. still sucks but at least im getting screens now

the job market will recover in Q3. every cycle is the same. Q1 = budget freeze, Q2 = planning, Q3 = hiring spree, Q4 = freeze again. just survive till august
