had this for E4 onsite last week. coderpad with a small repo (main.py, solve.py, utils.py, data/ folder). AI assist toggle is on but they limit you to small models like haiku / 4o-mini. wasted 10 min trying to one-shot with the AI before just reading the code myself. ended up doing most of it manually and using AI for boilerplate. recruiter said theyd get back in a week. still waiting. is this round standard now or am i unlucky
